Chrysalis is an emerging neo-soul artist with
an urban flare and soulful, melodic vocals
that truly touch and captivate an audience.
A Bay Area native, Chrysalis moved to the
Sacramento region 7 years ago. Her
technique is deeply influenced by her gospel
roots, which enrich her vocals and inject a
soulful and spiritual edge to every
performance. She has performed at such
venues as The Sterling Hotel, The Village
Green Amphitheater and The Powehouse
Pub. Chrysalis was also featured in the
production of Carnival de L'amour in the role
of Carmen.
Chrysalis is a versatile artist whose musical
style is influenced by Tina Marie, Donny
Hathaway, Anthony Hamilton, Jill Scott and
many others.
Samantha Sharp is a native of Sacramento and
has been performing for audiences since the
age of 5. She is growing as both a musician
and songwriter, continually redefining herself
and emerging as a voice in the growing adult
alternative pop format. Her original music
eloquently showcases her talents as both a
songwriter and wonderfully expressive vocalist.
She loves performing in a more intimate setting
and feels "at home" when it's just her and her
guitar. Captivating, soulful, and organic are just
a few words to describe her artistry.
Samantha's musical influences range from
Sarah McLaghlan and Corinne Bailey Rae to
Jamie Cullum and Micheal Buble.
Elizabeth Moore is a new and fresh voice in the
Country Pop music scene. With a sultry rock
edge, her voice reflects the influences of Such
Artsits as Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson and Pat
Benetar. Elizabeth has been performing in
Northern California for the past seven years. In
2004 Elizabeth was a back up dancer for Rapper
Artsit 2Kryze. She has performed at numerous
Sacramento Kings Games as well as the NBA
Playoffs. Elizabeth also performed at the 2005
NBA All-Star Game in Denver Colorado, which
featured such artists as American Idol's very own
Ruben Studdard, Amerie, B5 and Jon B. Her sultry
vocals and unforgettable energy are truly inspiring.
Singing with remarkable power and clarity over a
variety of musical styles, Linda Ingoglia has
entertained audiences at Sacramento and Bay Area
venues including the Hyatt Regency, Montgomery
Theater, Downtown Plaza, and the 24th Street
Theater. She was a featured performer at Jesuit High
School’s hugely successful PACE Gala and Auction
Event in 2006, energizing the crowd with a
memorable rendition of “New York, New York”.
Linda's vocal harmonies can be heard along with
local Carmel musician Dennis Murphy on Paul
Phillips’ 2000 rock-pop CD, “Raining in Atlantis”
(Palera Productions).
Lending her rich, alto tone to both sultry ballads and
crowd-pleasing showstoppers., Linda is currently
creating her first one-woman show, entitled “No Time
Like the Present”.
Mattie Barrios is 14 years old and the "baby" of the
Spotlight Series. A gifted vocalist and versatile
performer, Mattie is bursting into the urban pop
scene with a naturally skilled voice that ranges from
powerful and soulful to sweet and gentle. She's a
passionate singer with an infectious energy who is
sure to steal your heart. Mattie is currently attending
school at the Natomas Performing and Fine Arts
Academy and plans on continuing her education in
the Performing Arts. "Singing is truly a soul
expression for me", Mattie says, " and I hope your
experience of my music will be joyful, inspiring and
just plain fun!"

Triton Taylor is a captivating artist who finds his
roots in blues, rock, and alternative genres. His
musical talents involve songwriting, playing the
guitar and piano, and above all, singing. Triton
has played many venues from local Elk Grove,
California church events, to the Irvine spectrum in
Irvine, California, and numerous concerts
produced by the Ana G Vocal Center. Currently,
Triton has been writing and developing tracks
and original songs for a future CD. His major
musical influences consist of John Mayer, Ray
Charles, and The Beatles. At sixteen years old,
Triton’s passion for music grows on a daily
basis as he continues to pursue his musical
dreams. He plans to become an accomplished
singer, songwriter, and musician.
